Frankly this picture insults me, and made even worse that Sean Lennon himself is in it. He, and and the photographer basically recreate the loving and romantic image of John and Yoko (taken by Annie Leibovitz on the day John was shot) and sexualize the entire image. The sexualization is made more offensive by the fact that in this new image the woman is naked instead of the man. So now, in addition to sexualizing an image which wasn’t very sexually charged, we’re also objectifying women. Some how i don’t think John, Yoko, or Annie would be very proud.
On the other hand I am very proud to have some of the coolest and smartest guy friends a girl could ever have.
